These Terms apply to the Flintbin online store and related shopping services. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating Flintbin. Please review these Terms and the policies linked below before ordering. Nothing in these Terms replaces consent required by privacy law or limits mandatory consumer rights.

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or the appropriate involvement of a parent or guardian where permitted by law. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details. Protect any account sign-in information and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, or interference with other customers or store systems. Restrictions imposed to address misuse do not remove rights relating to existing purchases.

Review product descriptions, dimensions, selected options, quantities, and included accessories before purchasing. Screen settings may affect color appearance, but this does not excuse goods that are faulty or materially different from their description.

Review the final price, currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes shown at checkout. Use a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not send full card numbers or security codes through customer support.

Follow product instructions and care guidance, including precautions for sharp components and hot surfaces. These instructions do not reduce our legal responsibilities for the products we supply.

If stock, payment, delivery restrictions, or a significant listing error prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed price without your consent. Payments for purchases we cancel will be refunded to the original payment method.

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We may be unable to stop an order already being processed or shipped. Applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Promotions are subject to the conditions stated with each offer. Changes to future prices or offers do not automatically change an existing agreed order.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. Delays do not remove remedies available under applicable law. Please contact us for return instructions before mailing an item; prior approval is not required to give a valid statutory withdrawal notice.

Protected store content belongs to its respective owners or licensors. You may browse for personal shopping and keep your order records. Other uses require permission unless allowed by law.

Reviews should reflect honest experiences. You retain ownership of content you submit. Content submitted for public display may be hosted and displayed for that purpose; private support messages are not public reviews. We do not prohibit honest negative feedback.

Third-party services may have their own terms. Their involvement does not remove Flintbin’s responsibilities for your purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling.

Website access may occasionally be interrupted. Additional product warranties, where offered, do not replace statutory rights.

Responsibility for loss or damage is determined by applicable law. We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Contact us if you have a concern about an order or these Terms. You may also approach a competent court, regulator, or dispute-resolution body where applicable. Contacting us first is not a condition for exercising those rights.

We may revise these Terms when services or legal requirements change and provide additional notice or seek agreement where required. Changes do not retrospectively alter existing orders unless legally required or agreed with you.
